Industrial Technology news

A turned wooden bowl made by a junior secondary student
Semester 1 has seen some high quality finished projects being produced by students participating in our Industrial Technology courses.
Of particular note is the work being produced by our girls enrolled in the Certificate I in Engineering course. It is great to see the girls getting involved in learning to weld and fabricate metal. They have taken particular care to ensure their work is completed to a high standard and they are making pleasing progress in their course work.
Our boys have also produced some finely finished furnishing work with the most noteworthy being  a turned wooden bowl made by a junior secondary student. Our junior secondary students are enjoying  the opportunity to attend woodwork and metalwork twice a week this year and the quality of their jobs have improved significantly.
We look forward to seeing more great work come out of the workshops in the near future.
