Criminally good camembert

Some of our talented senior students have taken part in an interesting science project.  They spent the day following strict procedures to produce camembert cheese.  The students involved in the project are to be commended as it is a long day and requires meticulous attention to detail to make a quality cheese.  So far our results are so good, they have now entered the EKKA Student made cheese competition in the ‘Mould ripened cheese - white’ class.
